“The Sister City partnership between Superior and Khandbari is hereby established on the 8th day of February, 2021 for the following purposes:”

To promote a greater understanding of the different cultures and develop friendships among citizens in both locations.

To encourage travel between both towns to expand tourism and explore business exchange ideas.

To develop and support projects in both places focusing on arts, culture, education, sustainable development, and humanitarian assistance.

To establish a pen-pal program for elementary students of both towns to build friendships and cross-cultural understanding.
